Membership Terms

Overview

These Membership Terms apply when you start, renew, or change a membership on rosyscraftstore.com. They supplement our Terms of service. If there is a conflict on membership topics, these Membership Terms control for that topic.

By starting or upgrading a membership, you agree to these Membership Terms and authorize recurring charges as described below.

1. Recurring billing

Memberships are sold as recurring monthly subscriptions. You authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the stated plan price (plus applicable tax) until you cancel.

Applicable state and local sales taxes (including Texas sales tax where due) are calculated at checkout or on the invoice based on tax rules and your billing or shipping details as processed by Stripe Tax.

We may email renewal reminders before a charge. Stripe also invoices your account on the billing schedule. Failed renewal payments may pause benefits until payment succeeds or the subscription is canceled under Stripe’s and our policies.

2. Benefits

Membership perks may include monthly card allotments, store credit earn rules, lower free-shipping thresholds, percentage discounts on eligible merchandise, and access to membership-class products (including Exclusive Vault allotments where offered). Using those perks after you pay is part of what you receive for the membership fee.

The benefits for your selected plan are as shown on the membership page and in the purchase flow at the time you subscribe or upgrade. We may change future-period benefits with notice. Changes do not reverse perks already used in a paid period.

3. Billing dates and shipments

Membership billing dates and membership card ship schedules are separate. Manage picks, addresses, payment methods, and cancellation in your account.

4. Upgrades and downgrades

You may change plans when the Site offers an upgrade or downgrade path. When new benefits apply (immediately or at the next billing period) depends on the change type and what Stripe and our systems schedule. Pending changes are shown in Account → Membership when available.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at period end anytime from Account → Membership. Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund the current paid period or reverse perks already used (shipped membership cards, redeemed store credit, discounted or free-shipping retail orders).

6. Store credit

Promotional store credit earned through membership is promotional value only. It has no cash value and cannot be redeemed, refunded, or exchanged for cash.

Store credit is tied to your account. It is non-transferable and may not be gifted, sold, or transferred to another person.

Unused promotional store credit is not forfeited when you cancel or when your membership ends. You may still spend remaining balance on eligible store purchases while your account exists. Canceling stops future renewals and future earn under membership earn rules; it does not wipe unused credit. If you downgrade, your balance stays and earn rules follow your new plan. Already-redeemed credit is not reversed.

8. Governing law

These Membership Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, consistent with our Terms of service.
